Terms of Service

1. General Information
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between SIA DIVATĀ (hereinafter “We”) and you as a user or customer (hereinafter “You”) regarding the use of our online store skyfadesport.com. By using our website and/or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

2. Placing Orders

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

  • All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT. Any additional costs, such as shipping fees, will be clearly indicated before you confirm your order.

  • After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

3. Payments

  • We accept payments via [credit/debit cards, bank transfer, e-wallets, etc.].

  • Payment is considered received only after we confirm receipt of the funds.

4. Delivery and Transfer of Risk

  • Products are delivered to the address you provide.

  • Delivery times are approximate; we strive to meet them but cannot guarantee exact dates.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the goods to your address.

5. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

  • In accordance with Latvian consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

  • Returned goods must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Certain goods (personalized items, perishable products, or sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened) are not eligible for returns.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

6. Defective or Incorrect Goods

  • If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect goods, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or full refund, in accordance with Latvian consumer protection laws.

  • Please notify us immediately upon receiving such goods.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our website or purchase of goods is limited to the purchase price of the relevant goods.

8. Privacy and Personal Data 

  • Your personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Latvian Personal Data Protection Law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia.

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Latvia.
